• Mindfulness cards allow you and your child to pause for a moment and check in with your 5 senses
• Two season-specific craft ideas with instructions.

• The monthly challenge. Each month there is a fun challenge to complete. Can you do each challenge 10 times in a month?

What age are the four cards aimed at?

These cards are aimed at children aged from 4 to 10 years old.

What is the packaging?

What are the physical specifications of the four season cards?

The dimensions of the cards are approximately 5.5 cm x 8.5 cm. They are printed on 350 gsm card with a laminate coating to ensure durability and weatherproofing.

The ink used on our cards is vegetable-based with a water-miscible sealer meaning they are vegan friendly.
